Kolt Daniel is an experienced NCAA starting pitcher with 3 years as East Texas Baptist University's starting pitcher and 6 years of experience working with youth pitchers. He coaches with an emphasis on safety, confidence, and building strong fundamentals before velocity. Your beginner athlete will learn fundamental mechanics for grip, stance, balance and release. More advanced athletes will work on command, pitch sequencing, and mound presence. He will teach arm care warm-up and cool-down tailored for your athlete and they will go home with simple drill routines for between sessions.
KOLT DANIEL
Jared Hoffman is an established baseball coach in the greater Baytown area with over 15 years of experience coaching travel baseball teams; helping athletes develop their skills and compete at the next level.Â
He completed a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Administration from the University of Houston. Jared gained more skills an knowledge as an intern with the University of Houston baseball program under Rayner Noble and Todd Whitting. He has worked with many respected coaches including Russel Stockton, Steven Trout, Jack Cressend, and Chris Rupp.
Jared's coaching focuses on fundamentals, discipline, accountability, and individualized player development.
JARED HOFFMAN
Cody Nesbit was a standout at La Porte High School for middle infield and pitching and he currently holds the 2nd lowest ERA in San Jacinto College history with a 0.80 in 45 innings pitched and 78 strikeouts.
He pitched in the NCAA National Championship Game, and he spent 3 years in the Kansas City Royals minor league system, reaching High-A ball while learning from former MLB pitchers. Cody currently coaches his son's little league team in Barbers Hill Little League. Lessons with Cody will focus on mechanics, arm care, velocity development, confidence, and command. He utilizes individualized instruction designed to build long-term success.

Dillon Lester brings Division I playing experience and over four years of coaching experience to Hit Lab Baseball & Softball Academy. He specializes in catching, hitting, and defensive development, with a passion for helping athletes build strong fundamentals and confidence. Dillon has a proven ability to connect with players of all ages and skill levels, creating a positive, energetic learning environment that helps each athlete reach their full potential.
Bella ponder
junior at BHISD, varsity pitcher. Participates as a mentor in the PAL program. Enjoy teaching hitting, pitching and infield positions to girls 14 and under. She wants to help girls grow in their skills and love of softball
